About the Role
Location: Borivali, Mumbai (Work From Office)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and exposure to Automation Testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of software testing concepts, strong analytical skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality product delivery across web and mobile applications.
Manual testing expertise is mandatory. Candidates with knowledge of Playwright automation and familiarity with AI tools like GPT and Claude will be strongly preferred.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a modern QA profile involving both manual and automation testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform Manual Testing including: Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, UI/UX Validation, Cross-browser and Responsive Testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA discussions.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
- Perform basic database validation and backend data verification when required.
- Support UAT and production release validation activities.
- Assist in automation testing activities and maintenance of automation scripts/frameworks.
- Utilize AI tools for test case generation, bug analysis, documentation, and QA productivity enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and testing methodologies.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in writing clear and detailed test cases and bug reports.
- Good understanding of web and mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking/project management tools like JIRA or similar.
- Hands-on exposure to Playwright automation scripting.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, or similar AI-assisted productivity tools.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have Skills
- API Testing using Postman or similar tools
- Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
- Exposure to Git/version control systems
- Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or other automation frameworks
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows
- Basic scripting/programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, or Python
