Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.

  • Perform manual and automated testing to identify software bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to understand project requirements and resolve defects.

  • Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.

  • Track, report, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes.

  • Contribute to maintaining and expanding test automation frameworks when applicable.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

  • Proficient in using QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of SQL and API testing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
