Key Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements and design test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
Perform manual and automated testing to identify software bugs, performance issues, and usability concerns.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UX teams to understand project requirements and resolve defects.
Execute test cases and document results to ensure software meets business and technical requirements.
Track, report, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes.
Contribute to maintaining and expanding test automation frameworks when applicable.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
Proficient in using QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman, or similar.
Basic understanding of SQL and API testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
