Notifi is the AI-native platform that runs home service businesses. HVAC, plumbing and electrical shops use it to answer calls, book jobs, dispatch techs, send estimates, take payments and keep members on plan, all in one place. Iris, our AI voice agent, answers the phone and books the work.
Shops are switching to Notifi from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro and FieldEdge. Every release has to hold up for techs in the field and offices on the phone all day. That's where you come in.
The role
We're hiring a QA Automation Engineer to own testing across our web app and our iOS and Android tech app. You'll build and run our Playwright regression suite, write end-to-end tests for the flows our customers depend on, and catch bugs before they reach a live shop.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a Playwright E2E suite in TypeScript for the web app
- Write end-to-end tests for the core flows: call to job, dispatch, visit, estimate, invoice, payment
- Run full regression before every release and turn failures into clear, reproducible bug reports
- Wire the suite into CI so tests run on every pull request
- Test the iOS and Android tech app on real devices and simulators
- Test calling and texting: inbound, outbound, transfers, missed calls, voicemail
- Write API tests for the backend endpoints behind each flow
- Work daily with engineering and product to decide what is ready to ship
What you bring
- 4+ years in QA for web or mobile apps, with most of it in test automation
- Hands-on Playwright experience (a must). Cypress or Selenium is a plus
- Solid TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience running automated tests in a CI pipeline
- API testing experience (Postman or similar)
- Mobile testing experience. Appium, Detox or Maestro is a plus
- Clear written English and sharp attention to detail
- Bonus: SaaS, payments, VoIP or field service software experience
