Role

We are looking for a QA Tester with 3–5 years of experience in testing websites, mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manual testing, UI and responsive testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.

You will work closely with development teams to ensure our applications are high-quality, reliable, and user-friendly.

Essential Skills

• Writing detailed, Test plans, Test scripts, and Test cases — applying best practices in test case design and validation.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across mobile, web, and native applications on multiple devices and platforms to ensure cross-device compatibility and responsiveness.
• Perform Agile QA activities including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; ensuring QA is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), adhering to a structured defect lifecycle process.
• Prepare comprehensive test documentation including test summaries, status reports, and metrics — ensuring traceability and transparency in test result documentation and defect reporting.
  
  

Desirable Skills

• Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing, including knowledge of popular QA tools and frameworks.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a QA role (Mobile & Web Applications) with exposure to end-to-end testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes — including test strategy, test plan, defect life cycle, and test execution.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable test cases and test scripts for complex web and mobile applications.
• Experience in cross-device testing — ensuring consistent UI behavior, responsiveness, and functionality across browsers, OS versions, and device form factors.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with close collaboration between QA, Dev, and Product teams.
• Familiarity with common issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management platforms (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
• Strong background in system, integration, and application-level testing — including API testing fundamentals (bonus if familiar with Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles, across multiple project teams — including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
