Quality Analyst

Mentor Match is an online tutoring platform serving students across IGCSE, British, American, IB, and CBSE curricula. We're hiring a QC Specialist to audit our sales conversations and raise the bar on every call.

What You'll Do

• Audit sales and renewal calls against quality benchmarks and scripts
• Score calls, document errors, and share actionable feedback with the sales team
• Flag compliance gaps, misleading commitments, or process deviations
• Publish daily/weekly QC reports and track improvement trends
• Work with sales leads to refine scripts and training based on audit findings

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in call auditing, sales QC, or quality assurance (EdTech/inside sales a plus)
• Sharp ear for detail; strong English and Tamil comprehension
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and QC scorecards
• Objective, process-driven, and able to give feedback constructively
• Based in Chennai and able to work onsite

Compensation

₹30,000/month fixed.
