Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst (Customer Service Voice) at Galleon Consultants in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting quality control assessments, Call Calibration, Call Audits, implementing quality assurance measures, and managing the overall quality of customer service voice processes on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Quality Control, and Quality Management
Communication and Quality Assurance skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively
Experience in quality analysis and process improvement
Knowledge of customer service best practices
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience,
