We are looking for a Quality Analyst with International BPO experience to join our team for an Enterprise Client process. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO
- Current/previous designation must be Quality Analyst (on paper)
- Experience in Voice or Blended processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Immediate joiner (can join within 1 week)
