Quality Analyst

We're looking for a QA Engineer with 23 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and AI teams to ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of our web and API-based applications.

In this role, you'll design and execute test scenarios, validate AI and LLM-driven features, and build automation for both UI and API workflows. You will be working with the team that has build an AI SaaS platform, now used by thousands of users across the world.

We're looking for someone with strong testing fundamentals, a user-first mindset, and the confidence to work across web/UI automation, API testing, and AI feature validation. Experience testing AI models, content platforms, or language-based systems is a strong advantage.

As a QA Engineer, you'll be part of the core product team and will be responsible for ensuring high quality across our web, API, and AI-driven systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying, reporting, tracking, and verifying bugs through their full lifecycle
• Creating test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases for web and UI applications, and executing them effectively
• Reviewing fixes, validating bug resolutions, and closing issues after verification
• Planning and developing automation for web and API workflows, with a focus on building stable and reliable (non-flaky) test suites
• Contributing to and improving testing processes within the development lifecycle
• Working on diverse and unique projects across AI, content, and translation domains
• Validating LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance, edge cases, and unexpected behavior
• Preparing and sharing detailed test reports after regression, sanity, and other test cycles

What we're looking for (Requirements)

• 23 years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of testing fundamentals, SDLC, and STLC
• Hands-on experience with web/UI testing and REST API testing
• Experience in validating REST API responses, including status codes, request/response schemas, headers, and error handling
• Experience writing clear and well-structured test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
• Familiarity with automation concepts, frameworks, and best practices
• Working knowledge of Python for test automation, scripting, or test utilities
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or similar testing tools
• Ability to validate API workflows, integrations, and edge cases
• Strong analytical skills with a user-focused mindset to identify real-world scenarios and edge cases

• CI/CD exposure (if any)

• ISTQB certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Exposure to LLM and Generative AI systems and their validation
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies
