Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of a software engineering team that develops Lead to Cash functionality on the companies Sales Cloud platform. You will collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and architects to build features and maintain applications for a highly complex global sales organization. Your role will involve creating and implementing automated test suites, diagnosing and resolving quality issues, and ensuring high code quality and test coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated test suites that are fast, robust, and maintainable using tools like Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Cucumber, and JBehave.
- Diagnose, track, and resolve quality issues across the platform.
- Document test plans and publish test results to improve code quality and test coverage.
- Plan, design, and enhance automation frameworks, utilities, and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&rsquos degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:- Solid experience in Information Technology and Software Engineering.
- Strong background in automated test suite design using Selenium WebDriver, JUnit, Cucumber, JBehave, and Apex.
- Programming proficiency in Apex or other object-oriented languages such as C# or Java.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI).
- Good understanding of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) concepts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Visualforce and Lightning Components development.
- Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks such as Cucumber and JBehave.
- Experience with Quote to Cash processes.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
