Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled QA Engineer with 35 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies, including both manual and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities

Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using automation tools

Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly

Perform regression testing when defects are resolved

Develop and apply testing processes for both new and existing features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BA's, product managers) to understand system requirements

Monitor debugging processes and validate fixes

Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts

Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and best practices

Required Skills: (Must Have)

35 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance

Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Hands-on experience with both White Box and Black Box testing

Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, ACCELQ, etc.)

Good to Have

Experience in performance testing and/or security testing
