About the Role:

As a Consumer Insights Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end qualitative research projects for some of the world's most recognized brands across industries likeCPG, Automotive, Tech and Telecom and Hospitality. You'll harness the power ofConversation Research - our cutting-edge, AI-powered methodology - to uncover deep, actionable insights from digital conversations.

You'll also collaborate closely with ourdata science teamto co-developGenerative AI-powered insight solutions, pushing the boundaries of how qualitative research is conducted and delivered.

What you will do

  • Lead qualitative research initiatives from design to delivery, using innovative conversation research methodologies
  • Analyze digital conversations and cultural trends to extract meaningful consumer insights
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop and refineGen AI-powered insight tools and frameworks
  • Deliver strategic recommendations through compelling storytelling and data synthesis
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to embed insights into business strategy
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging research techniques and industry trends

What we are looking for

  • 23 yearsof hands-on experience in qualitative market research or consumer insights
  • Master's degree inMarketing (Research) or Psychology or Economics
  • Proven expertise in research design, content analysis, and insight presentation
  • Strong command ofEnglish and Hindi(written and verbal)
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting complex qualitative data
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to turn research into impact
