Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with the provisions of various laws applicable to the company.
  2. Ensure that the affairs of the company are conducted in the manner specified in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company.
  3. Conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and general body meetings.
  4. Maintain minutes of all meetings.
  5. Maintain company records and statutory registers as per the Companies Act, 2013.
  6. Be the company representation among government departments and other regulators.
  7. Prepare director's report and annual returns, file balance sheet and profit & loss statements in XBRL.
  8. Be up-to-date about MCA-21, i.e. online filing, and online inspection.
  9. Conduct an audit of companies for the purpose of a Compliance Certificate & Secretarial Audit.
  10. Prepare Search Reports, Due Diligence Reports, Statutory Reports, etc.
  11. Carry out statutory activities as prescribed under the various laws applicable to the Company.

Required Experience & Skills:-

  • Proven experience in corporate compliance, FEMA regulations, and NCLT matters.
  • Strong knowledge of MCA procedures, statutory reporting, and secretarial practices.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and governance skills.

Location: Mumbai, Ghatkopar

CTC: Up to 6 LPA
