Responsibilities:
- Tax compliance including GST, TDS, Return Filing, Tax Audit
- Filing of Income Tax/ TDS/ GST returns
- Be in charge of the overall accounting and Tax Affairs
- Incorporation of Companies/ LLPs under Companies Act, LLP Act
- Filing of Documents under Companies Act - Annual Filing, other Filing
- Writing articles and blogs on taxation and related topics
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in latest updates in Companies Act, Income-tax Act, GST
- Excellent communication skills, writing skills
- Experience in accounting and preparation of financial statements
- MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Experience in Return Filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax
- Balance Sheet Preparation and Finalization as per Schedule III of the Companies Act
