Job Description :

Hands-on Execution & Team Collaboration

Actively work on client deliverables including tax returns, GST filings, and audits.

Guide and review the work of junior team members.

Ensure tasks are completed on time with accuracy and professional standards.

Taxation & Audit Compliance

Prepare and file Income Tax Returns and GST Returns for individuals, firms, and companies.

Assist in statutory and tax audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Support in GST audits, reconciliations, and preparation of annual returns.

Client Representation & Coordination

Draft replies to notices under Income Tax and GST Acts.

Support in handling departmental assessments, queries, and hearings.

Regulatory & Advisory Support

Assist in legal and tax compliance under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.

Contribute to advisory assignments in corporate law, direct/indirect tax, and strategic planning.

Compliance Monitoring & Internal Coordination

Track and ensure timely statutory compliance for assigned clients.

Collaborate with HR/admin for internal operations and process enhancements.
