Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced L&D Trainer with a background in F&B/QSR outlets. The

ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing staff skills through comprehensive training programs,

ensuring consistency in quality and service across all locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Classroom Training (CRT) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) for new and existing staff.
• Deliver refresher training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and skill

enhancement.

• Evaluate staff performance through assessments, feedback, and observation during training

sessions.

• Develop, update, and maintain training content, materials, and SOPs tailored to the needs of

QSR operations.

• Visit Basil outlets across Delhi NCR to provide hands-on training and support as required.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to identify training gaps and implement effective learning

solutions.

• Engage regularly with new joiners to provide support, address challenges, and ensure

a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer in the QSR/F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service, food safety, and hygiene

standards.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging, practical, and results-oriented training content.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within Delhi NCR for on-site training.
