Job description

Role & responsibilities

1.Estimation based on GFC drawings for the whole project.

2.Material budget for all in house activities like RMC , Tmt steel, cement, Blocks, M sand, wet mix, aggregates, tiles , aluminum door/window /ventilators material, Structural steel, Doors, Temporary Electrical materials, Cp Sanitary fittings, Plumbing materials, Hardscape materials etc.

3.Material budget for sub contracted works like Waterproofing, Granite works related cement and aggregates, , electrical works, Painting works , Irrigation, softscape materials, Firefighting works, CCTV, Gym, play equipment, Any other architectural, elevation materials, mechanical ventilation, owc, stp, wtp, lifts, expansion joints, pumps etc.

4.Quantity audit including Bill checking, work order valuations of diesel, Temporary electricity, approval charges, consultancy charges, rera compliance, Project salaries tentative , water charges, temporary lighting, scaffolding, labour sheds, site offices, marketing office, model flat charges along with interiors, Marketing materials like scale model, signages, walkthroughs, hoarding rental, hoardings, Borewells, soil test , material testing charges etc.

5. Rera compliances including rera ,Quarterly updates with progress updates, Progress photos, Engineers certificate, Architect certificate , final costing etc.

6. Approvals assistance for Lift erection license, Ceig Approvals, Nocs, final approvals etc., Record keeping of warranties, guarantees, approvals , As built dwgs etc.

7.Preparation of Mom , presentations on QS on regular basis

8.Facilitating material reconciliation by coordinating with store in charge on monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must have proven experience as a QS Head.
2. Written and verbal communication skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships
4. Strong maths knowledge
5. Analytical thinking skills
