Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QS (Quantity Surveyor) and Planning Engineer based in Bengaluru. The QS and Planning Engineer will handle tasks related to project planning, budget estimation, tender preparation, cost management, and resource scheduling. The role involves ensuring efficient project execution in accordance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with various teams, preparing progress reports, and addressing project challenges are essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget management
• Familiarity with construction-related software and project management tools
• Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in construction, planning, or quantity surveying will be beneficial
