Role Description

We are seeking a QMS Packaging Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Rajkot. The selected individual will handle quality management system processes within the packaging domain. Responsibilities include overseeing packaging procedures, developing packaging designs, ensuring quality control compliance, and conducting research to improve packaging standards. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize production and maintain high-quality packaging outputs aligned with company standards and client expectations.

• Knowledge of BRCGS Packaging Standard, HACCP, GMP, and food safety systems.
• Responsibilities - ISO & BRC Documentation.
• Audit Management, Prepare, maintain and update Quality Manual, SOPs, policies, procedures, and records in compliance with ISO and BRC standards.
• This position is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and BRCGS Packaging standards.
• The role involves managing documentation, coordinating internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready at all times.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Packing and Packaging Design
• Experience in Packaging Production and Quality Control processes
• Knowledge of research methods to enhance packaging standards
• Understanding of sustainable practices in packaging
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, Documentation (BRC & ISO) and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Material Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in the flexible packaging industry is an advantage
