Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Associate to join our hospitality operations in Hyderabad. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) across our restaurants, kitchens, and support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure day-to-day compliance, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and assist with documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of FSMS (HACCP, FSSAI) and support internal food safety audits
Conduct daily hygiene checks in kitchen, bar, storage, and service areas
Monitor temperature logs, PPE usage, cleaning schedules, and pest control records
Maintain compliance documentation (receiving logs, training attendance, FSSAI licenses)
Support staff training on hygiene, food handling, and workplace safety
Coordinate waste management, sustainability practices, and environmental compliance
Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's in Food Science/Technology, Microbiology, or related field
FSSAI Level 1 or 2 Certification mandatory; HACCP/ISO 22000 preferred
12 years of experience in QHSE or food safety roles in hospitality/foodservice
Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and checklists; basic Telugu knowledge preferred
