Job Summary
The QC Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control activities within the production department to ensure that all products meet defined company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising the QC team, conducting inspections, analyzing quality data, and working closely with production teams to maintain consistent product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, guide, and lead a team of quality control inspectors to ensure effective execution of quality checks.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, standards, and company policies across production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities in production output.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to address quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage.
- Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports on quality performance, defects, and improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework or wastage.
- Train and support QC staff to improve inspection accuracy and process understanding.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in quality control.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection methods, and audit processes.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a small team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions
