Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting for multiple legal entities using group reporting systems such as Cognos Controller or similar tools.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS reports for internal stakeholders and group management.
Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required by management.
Audit Support:
Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and disclosures in accordance with applicable accounting standards and group reporting requirements.
Coordinate with statutory auditors and ensure timely completion of external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
Support internal audits by coordinating with internal auditors and relevant stakeholders to address audit requirements.
Treasury Activities:
Liaise with banks for administrative matters such as bank guarantees, letters of credit, KYC, and hedging arrangements.
Follow up with internal stakeholders for arranging documents from the UK.
Coordinate with Business Finance for expected collections and sub-consultants payments.
Prepare cashflow statements and share them with Group Treasury.
