Education: Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience: Typically 3–5+ years in the offset printing and packaging industry, with previous supervisory experience.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of offset printing processes, machinery, and materials (ink, paper, substrates).
Proficiency in color theory and color management software.
Knowledge of prepress file formats and quality testing (e.g., material thickness, dimensions, color gamut ).
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for coordinating between departments and clients
