Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experiencedQuality Control (QC) Inspectorto join our team specializing inpneumatic tools(such as breakers, rock drills, chipping hammers, etc.).

The ideal candidate should have experience inprecision mining tools assembly and spare partssuch aspneumatic rock drills, breakers, or equivalent experience in theautomobile sector. The candidate should beproficient in using precision measuring instrumentssuch asair gauges, bore dial gauges, bevel protectors, and should possesspractical workshop knowledge, which ispreferable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming pneumatic tools, spare parts, and components against purchase specifications and drawings.
• Check for any damage, defects, or deviations before stocking.
• Conductvisual checksanddimensional inspectionsusing precision instruments (e.g., air gauges, bore dial gauges, calipers, micrometers).
• Ensure components meettolerance and quality standards.
• Maintaininspection records, quality reports, and test certificates.
• Report non-conforming products to thequality and purchase teamfor corrective actions.
• Ensure onlyapproved and tested itemsare dispatched to customers.
• Suggest improvements for quality processes and product handling.
• Followsafety protocolsduring inspection and handling of pneumatic tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
