JOB SUMMARY - QC Engineer
To plan inspections and ensure zero defect at customer end. To maintain QMS throughout the organization. To promote modern techniques for continual improvements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES of QC Engineer
- Review customer requirements and make sure they are met.
- Work with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
- Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards.
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
- Assess the effectiveness of changes made.
- Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
- Prepare & Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis .
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications of the QC Engineer
- Diploma Mechanical with Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing unit with CNC machines as a QC Engineer.
- Should have an excellent analytical and reporting skill.
Preferred Qualifications of the the QC Engineer
- Six Sigma
- SPC, 7 QC tools, Education of the the QC Engineer
- Diploma Mechanical with 5 years experience.
- Good Oral / written English Communication.
