About Position:
We are seeking for QAD developer with hands on experience in QAD, Development, MFG/pro, QAD Enterprise edition.

What You'll Do:
- Contribute towards project success by implementing, customizing and maintaining
- QAD-related functionality with standard QAD or (if justifiable) through developing Customizations.
- Experience of working closely with functional leaders at Operational Level.
- Can collaborate and work closely with QAD and/or other areas/teams.
- Train, Guide, mentor and collaborate with Jrs. get them onboard.
- Contribute in Business process change or optimization
- Ensure quality and documentation around the projects that get handed over to support.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 8 to 10yrs of overall experience with minimum of 8 years into programming and
- development on QAD (and Mfg/Pro).
- Hands-on experience with non-intrusive programming viz. ICT.
- Knowledge of skills like EDI, Qxtend, Excelerator, QRF, Maintenance, Inquiry, Browse
- etc is ideal.
- Min 3 yrs experience leading, mentoring, guiding the team.
- Exposure to integration projects.
- A broad range of QAD knowledge with decent know how about areas like Supply
- chain, Sales & Distribution, Finance.
- Hands-on experience with QAD Enterprise Edition (QAD EE).
- Hands-on experience with QAD EE development using tools like QRF
- Good knowledge of QAD product to configure/setup catering to business needs.
- An analytical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
