Role : QA Transformation /Migration Consultant

Location : Remote/ Work from home - India

Available to join : Immediate to 30 days

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SmartBear Consultant with strong expertise in QMetry and Zephyr. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test management tools and a proven track record in migrating from Zephyr to QMetry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support migration activities from Zephyr to QMetry
• Configure and customize QMetry / Zephyr based on project needs
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, and Product teams for seamless integration
• Analyze current test management processes and recommend improvements
• Ensure data integrity and smooth transition during migration
• Provide documentation, training, and support to stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SmartBear tools (QMetry & Zephyr)
• Hands-on experience in migration projects (Zephyr → QMetry preferred)
• Understanding of QA processes, Agile, and test lifecycle management
• Experience in JIRA integration and test automation frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience working as a Product Consultant / Product Designer / Product Manager in QA tools ecosystem
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
