Required Experience & Education:
- 14+ years of experience in software development and test automation.
- 5+ years of management experience, leading and developing technical teams.
- Experience in vendor management within an onshore/offshore model.
- Expertise in architecture, design, and development of large-scale enterprise testing solutions.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Industry certifications such as Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent.
Desired Experience:
- Experience with mainframe testing lifecycle.
- Exposure to cloud-native distributed systems (AWS).
- Experience of claims adjudication and claims lifecycle in healthcare.
- Experience coaching and mentoring teams in best practices for QA automation.
