Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Perform manual testing of the CipherSchools web application- UI and API
- Write and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports that developers can act on without asking follow-up questions
- Run functional, regression, and smoke testing before and after releases
- Test REST APIs using Postman- validate response payloads, status codes, and edge cases
- Write and maintain E2E automation tests using Playwright
- Run load and performance tests using k6 and JMeter to surface bottlenecks before they affect learners
- Monitor test metrics using Prometheus and flag regressions proactively
- Collaborate with developers to triage, prioritise, and verify bug fixes
- Help establish and document a QA process the team can follow consistently across releases
On experience level: We are hiring for potential, not a perfect CV. If you have done meaningful internship or project work in testing and you want to build something real, we want to hear from you. We will teach the tools- we cannot teach the mindset.
