Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Ensure assigned games operate without interruptions and maintain high quality.
- Module wise game testing
- Identify and resolve real-time incidents in games related to all components of operations, including but not limited to gameplay, network connectivity, and server availability.
- Monitor critical application functions and infrastructure components using provided monitoring tools.
- Identify, analyze, log, and escalate alerts as necessary.
- Work with internal systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) to track and manage incidents.
- Record all events related to major incidents and generate incident reports for relevant departments.
- Assist in installing and upgrading mobile games.
- Play and test live games on mobile and web platforms to identify issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to capture test results and provide feedback.
- Provide feedback on usability, trace results to quality risks, and report findings to the relevant teams.
