Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer with 4 years of experience in both Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, system testing)
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts
- Work on automation frameworks using tools like Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- API testing using Postman / Rest Assured
- Perform Database testing (SQL queries)
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects
- Collaborate with developers, BA, and product teams
- Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure timely delivery with quality standards
Technical Skills Required
Manual Testing:
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & STLC
- Test case design techniques
- Bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
Automation Testing
- Selenium WebDriver with Java / Python
- TestNG / JUnit
- BDD (Cucumber) Good to have
- Maven / Gradle
- Git / CI-CD (Jenkins) Good to have
Other Skills
- API testing
- Basic database knowledge (MySQL / SQL Server)
