QA Tester (Freelancer)

About the Role:

We are looking for a QA Tester/SDET to join us for critical projects. You will be working with big techs to help them in building cutting-edge AI foundational models meant to perform exceptionally well on quality evaluation and response validation tasks.

In this role you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate model responses related to software testing, QA methodologies, and debugging to help train AI models
• Evaluating AI-generated responses for correctness & completeness.
• Reviewing test cases, bug reports, automation scripts, and QA workflows created by AI to ensure quality and accuracy
• Assessing the effectiveness and clarity of model-generated explanations on topics like manual testing, automation frameworks, test planning, and reporting
• Providing detailed feedback to improve the quality of LLM outputs, spotting gaps, incorrect assumptions, or outdated practices, and offering expert-level corrections.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex annotation instructions.
• Experience in QA testing, data labeling.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Enthusiasm to make foundational AI models perform better.
