We are looking for a Mid/Senior Software Quality Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software and has strong experience in both automated and manual testing. In this role, you will lead QA efforts within the development team and ensure that software releases meet the highest quality standards.
You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our test automation infrastructure, and work closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
Design and document test scenarios using Microsoft Azure Test Plans.
Perform manual testing for new features, bug fixes, regression, and exploratory testing when required.
Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins to ensure high-quality builds and deployments.
Perform system, integration, service, and API testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify software bugs and issues using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective testing strategies.
Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and give actionable feedback to improve overall software quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement by researching and adopting new testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on both automated and manual testing.
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.
Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD integration and automation.
Experience in API testing (REST services).
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and QA processes.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with Java or similar scripting/programming languages for test automation.
Knowledge of .NET / .NET Core and understanding of .NET-based applications .
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Fluent in English .
Preferred Skills
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with mobile testing.
Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter is a plus.
