The Team Leader in the Lead Conversion Department will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of counselors/Telecounselor focused on converting leads into successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage the Team:
- Supervise and mentor a team of counselors/Telecounselor responsible for lead conversion.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure they are met.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Optimize Lead Conversion Processes:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the conversion rate of leads into successful enrollments.
- Monitor and analyze conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless lead-handling process.
- Training and Development:
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Keep the team updated on the latest industry trends, educational institutions, and visa regulations.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
- Reporting and Analysis:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead conversion, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
