We are looking for an experienced and strategic QA leader to helm the quality assurance efforts for one of our GCC client. As Head of QA, you will define the QA vision, oversee multiple teams, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Your role includes not only managing the current QA processes but also driving innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and adopting cutting-edge technologiesincluding AIto remain ahead of industry trends. Deep knowledge of the industrial software domain will also be critical in shaping the overall QA strategy.
Role's Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a strategic QA vision that aligns with business goals, balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
- Lead multiple QA teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.
- Evaluate and implement the latest QA technologies, with a strong focus on AI-driven testing solutions to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Apply expertise in the industrial software domain to establish rigorous quality processes and ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of QA efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product management, development, and DevOps teams to ensure QA is an integral part of the development lifecycle.
- Build and mentor a world-class QA team, providing ongoing support, training, and development opportunities.
- Proactively research and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to maintain a state-of-the-art QA environment.
- Serve as a key influencer and thought leader within the organization, shaping the future of QA at Litmus GCC.
Role's Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of QA experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience working in Linux command-line environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker (building images, running containers, debugging).
- Solid understanding of BDD principles and experience using Cucumber, Cypress.
- Proficient in JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
- Ability to analyze requirements and documentation to create effective test cases.
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and version control (e.g., Git). Experience setting up CI pipelines in Jenkins/Gitor similar.
Nice to Have
- Experience withKubernetes(pods, deployments, services).
- Proven ability to scale QA teams, implement enterprise-level strategies, and drive innovation.
- Strong knowledge of QA tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated expertise in the industrial software domain, applying domain-specific testing standards and practices.
- Advanced understanding of AI-driven testing tools and methodologies, with a record of implementing such solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of building high-performing QA teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced or Expert levels) and a commitment to continuous learning.
