We are hiring a
QA Specialist (Medical Background) to join our Clinical Quality Assurance function. This is a full-time, ground-floor role for a doctor who wants to step beyond patient consultations and shape how clinical quality is delivered at scale across 40+ doctors and 400+ new patients every day. You will be the safety net behind every prescription and the voice that drives doctor coaching, protocol refinement, and patient-outcome improvements. Open to
MBBS, BAMS, BDS or any equivalent medical qualification — freshers and experienced candidates both encouraged to apply.
What You Will Do
- Audit prescriptions against the Internal Clinical Protocol (ICP): 100% of GLP-1 prescriptions (Rybelsus, Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro) and a 30–50% random sample of Orlistat, Metformin, SGLT2i, and supplement prescriptions every day.
- Manage real-time escalations from the health coach + sales WhatsApp group; log every issue in the escalation tracker within 30 minutes with severity (P0–P3), patient ID, doctor name, and resolution status.
- Conduct random call audits on recorded 1st Doctor Consultations (10+ per day) and score them on a 14-point structure checklist covering RCA, blood markers, patient education, time management, and rapport.
- Maintain the Doctor QA Scorecard with 28 objective metrics across 6 categories — updated weekly, reviewed monthly, feeding GREEN / AMBER / RED doctor classifications.
- Run daily syncs with the Clinical Lead at 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM to review findings, align on doctor coaching, and prioritise the next day.
- Generate weekly QA reports with doctor rankings, error patterns, patient outcome snapshots, and actionable recommendations — plus identify systemic ICP gaps that need protocol updates
