Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Develop & maintain QMS (ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 / BRC Packaging as applicable)
  • Prepare SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans & Quality Plans
  • Conduct internal audits & manage document control
  • Perform process capability studies (molding, extrusion, printing)
  • Validate new molds, machines, materials & products
  • Lead supplier quality assurance & vendor audits
