QA/QC Manager - Polymer/chemical Industry

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for our Polymer and Chemical division in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance and control, specifically within the polymer or chemical manufacturing sector, and will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols for polymer and chemical products.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and lead the QA/QC team, providing guidance and training to staff members.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control processes and results.
• Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits as required.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• 10-19 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the polymer or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing methods relevant to polymers and chemicals.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
