Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a QA/QC Head based in Gurgaon. The QA/QC Head will oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities during project execution, ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, reviewing project documentation, and addressing non-conformities. The role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and maintaining high performance and operational standards across all projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes in engineering and construction projects
• Proficiency in conducting quality audits, implementing quality standards, and reviewing project documentation
• Experience in team leadership, staff mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration
• Process optimization and risk management skills
• Educational background in Civil Engineering or a related field; additional certifications in quality management are a plus
• Prior experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant national and international quality standards
