Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems in construction projects.
- Review and ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Conduct site inspections for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Monitor material inspections, approvals, and ensure materials meet project and standard requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, MIRs, WIRs, and quality records.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and closed in a timely manner.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards and project quality plans.
- Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and reporting.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation systems.
