QA/QC Engineer (Civil)

This is a full-time, on-site QA/QC Engineer (Civil) role located in Vadodara. The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control and assurance processes across ongoing civil projects. Daily tasks will include conducting inspections, performing quality audits, managing quality documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and addressing any deviations in construction processes to maintain optimum quality levels.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection processes within civil engineering projects
• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to maintain adherence to standards
• Experience in Quality Management, including developing and monitoring quality plans and procedures
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards and practices to ensure quality compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with relevant quality management tools and techniques
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
