Description
We are seeking a skilled QA QC Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes. You will work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct testing on software and hardware products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
