Role OverviewWe are seeking a process-driven QA + Project Coordinator with 45 years of experience who can drive quality assurance strategy while ensuring seamless project coordination. This role is critical in aligning execution with business objectives, timelines, and client expectations.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA):
- Design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify risks early and implement preventive quality controls.
- Maintain bug lifecycle management and ensure closure within defined SLAs.
Project Coordination:
- Own end-to-end project tracking, sprint monitoring, and delivery governance.
- Coordinate between internal teams to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Track project health, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project status reports and support client-facing communications.
- Assist in scope management, change requests, and delivery documentation.
Required Skill Set- 45 years of proven experience in QA and/or project coordination roles.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with project management and bug tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- High-level communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, client-driven environments.
Preferred (Nice to Have)- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman.
- Basic understanding of automation testing.
