Test Planning and Strategy:
- Understand product requirements and translate them into test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and release planning activities.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across application modules.
Manual Testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Execute detailed manual test cases to validate product features and workflows.
- Ensure product quality through thorough exploratory testing.
Automation Testing
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts for regression and critical workflows.
- Identify areas suitable for automation to improve test efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
Web And Mobile Testing
- Conduct testing across web and mobile applications.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility.
- Validate application usability, functionality, and performance.
SaaS Platform Testing
- Test multi-tenant SaaS environments, ensuring stability and reliability.
- Validate APIs, integrations, and third-party services.
Defect Management
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Ensure timely closure of defects before releases.
Test Coordination And Release Support
- Manage testing cycles across multiple releases.

Process Improvement

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in Software QA / Testing.
- Strong expertise in manual testing.
- Experience in automation testing.
- Experience testing SaaS platforms.
- Hands-on testing experience for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc. ).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Experience in API testing using Postman or REST tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
