The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and developers, to deliver robust and efficient solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Banking experience is a must.
Responsibilities
- Prepare test planning and test strategy to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Manage team deliverables and oversee project timelines, particularly for offshore teams.
- Develop and maintain automation test suites, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the development team to align testing efforts with API testing requirements.
- Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assurance.
