Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager with strong expertise in AI-driven testing and quality engineering. The ideal candidate will lead QA teams, define scalable test strategies, and leverage AI tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and product quality.
You will work closely with Product, Development, and UAT teams to ensure high-quality releases while driving innovation through automation and AI-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership & Strategy
- Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy across multiple projects
- Lead and mentor QA teams (manual + automation)
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders for quality delivery
- Drive shift-left testing and quality-first culture
AI-Driven Testing
Test case generation
Test data creation
Defect analysis and prediction
- Implement intelligent test prioritization and risk-based testing
- Explore and integrate AI for self-healing automation frameworks
Automation & Tools
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium / Cypress
- Ensure automation is integrated into CI/CD pipelines
- Oversee API, UI, and integration testing strategies
Quality Governance
- Define quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
- Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
- Support and coordinate UAT across stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12- 15+ years of experience in QA with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle
- Hands-on experience in automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress)
- Experience integrating AI tools into QA processes
- Strong knowledge of API testing and modern architectures
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Experience with AI-based testing platforms
- Knowledge of performance and accessibility testing
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
