QA Lead – Testing

Lead large-scale testing projects as Test Lead, managing test execution and teams

Design system-level testing strategies, test plans, and proposals

Test wireless telecom protocol layers (L1, L2, L3) and desktop/web applications

Participate in project/product QA life cycles, including release/build management, defect management, and configuration control

Write or improve test/automation tools utilized for testing purposes

Provide exposure and guidance on GUI test automation and scripting languages

Write technical proposals for testing activities and ensure adherence to best practices
