We are seeking an experienced and dynamic QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance team and drive end-to-end testing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead QA planning, manage test execution, mentor team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.
Define QA strategy, test plans, and testing processes for projects.
Coordinate with development, product, and project teams for requirement understanding.
Design and manage test cases, test data, test scripts, and automation frameworks.
Ensure timely delivery of test cycles (functional, regression, integration, UAT).
Review and approve test cases, test reports, and defect analysis.
Implement automation best practices and increase automation coverage.
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure process improvements.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, guidelines, and documentation requirements.
Prepare detailed quality metrics and present reports to management.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in manual and automation testing.
Experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, etc.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
