QA Lead

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 11–15 years of expertise to drive quality engineering initiatives across complex applications. The role focuses on building scalable, automation-first testing strategies using Playwright, Python, and Pytest, while embedding modern practices such as AI-assisted development and observability-driven QA. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, ensure high system reliability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Playwright: POM, parallelism, retries, API+UI hybrid tests, PDF assertions, network mocking, accessibility (axe).
• API testing (Postman/Newman/REST Assured).
• Test data strategies, mocking/stubbing DMV endpoints.
• Agentic SDLC embedded skills: AI-assisted coding, prompt hygiene, review discipline
• Baseline performance testing (k6/JMeter)

Expertise You'll Bring:
