Role Purpose:

Lead quality assurance efforts across all development workstreams including SharePoint, Power Platform, and full stack applications. Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute QA strategy including manual, automated, regression, and performance testing
• Build and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
• Create test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices aligned with business requirements
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation
• Coordinate UAT sessions with business stakeholders and document results
• Establish and track quality metrics, defect trends, and test coverage reports
• Validate SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and full stack application deployments
• Manage test data preparation and SQL Server test data management
• Leverage GitHub Copilot for test generation and accelerated QA workflows
• Monitor application quality through post-deployment validation and production health checks
• Collaborate with Full Stack Lead and developers to embed quality into the development process
• Champion quality culture and best practices across the entire team

• Test Automation
• CI/CD Integration

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent)
• Experience testing SharePoint, Power Platform, web applications, and API integrations
• Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps test management and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Experience with performance testing and monitoring tools
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Methodologies & Delivery Practices:

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery models.
• Proficient in using JIRA for defect management, test tracking, and collaboration with development teams.
